Shipping and Returns
All product prices are expressed in euros (€). Delivery costs, if applicable, are added to the price, and VAT is not charged (not in the VAT system). Prices apply exclusively to online purchases.
Payment can be made online using Diners, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa credit cards, or PayPal.

Once payment is completed and confirmed in the seller’s account, lamp shade production begins. Production takes 3–5 business days, unless otherwise agreed with the buyer.
Once completed, the product is shipped via courier service. Delivery time depends on the courier, typically 1–2 working days within Croatia, 3–5 days within the EU, and up to 4 weeks for the USA.
Delays caused by the courier are possible due to unforeseen circumstances, for which the seller is not responsible.

The buyer is responsible for any customs or other fees for shipments sent outside the European Union.
Complaints must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product. Exchanges or returns may be arranged with the buyer if there is a justified reason.
Refunds or returns are not possible for custom-made products based on buyer’s specific dimensions.
In case of a refund, shipping costs are non-refundable.

If a package is visibly damaged during transport, please do not accept it. If the damage is visible upon receipt, you must file a complaint with the courier immediately to help us prove any issues beyond our control. Please also contact us so we can investigate the shipment status.
